Mr. N is a teacher in Philadelphia. His teaching experience includes teaching Grade 6 Integrated Language Arts and Social Studies; Grades 5-8 Honours Math;Grade 8 Science, Integrated Language Arts, and Religion. He has also worked as a Teaching Assistant at PSU Abington for the Field Methods in Archaeology course. An avid fan of using technology, Mr. N incorporates that into his classroom. This includes the use of videos to introduce topics, student produced videos, and Smart Boards. All designed to engage his students and help foster a lifelong love of learning.

A graduate of the University of Toronto with a BA in Archaeology, Mr. N. has excavated sites in Southern Ontario and the Philadelphia area, including Washington’s Headquarters at the Moland House and at Valley Forge.
A Captain in the Civil Air Patrol, USAF Auxiliary, Mr. N. participates actively in Search and Rescue Operations and Aerospace Education. Among his awards are the A. Scott Crossfield Aerospace Education Award.
His professional involvement includes membership in ASCD, The National Council for the Social Studies, The Air Force Association, The United States Naval Institute, The Archaeological Institute of America, and The North American Society for Oceanic History.
